Construction of year-round greenhouse complex with an area of 1 ha in Gusinoozyorsk city of the Selenginskiy district. Greenhouse frame is supposed to be put by the Dutch type - under the glass, complete with a small-volume hydroponics.

The largest import segment of the Republic of Buryatia - vegetables, which were imported in the republic in the amount of 14.1 thousand tons at the end of 2013, while the main part accounts for the supplies of tomatoes (16.2%), onions (22.8%), cucumbers ( 9.0%), potato (23.6%). According to the Siberian Customs Department and Rosselkhoznadzor for the Irkutsk region and the Republic of Buryatia, the main suppliers of vegetables in the Republic are China and Mongolia.
Taking into account the dynamics of import of vegetables, one can state the fact that the republic lacks annually about 2.6 thousand tons of tomatoes, 1.2 thousand tons of cucumbers. However, all these kinds of vegetables can be produced in the territory of the republic.
The production of the greenhouse complex is planned to be realized in the Republic of Buryatia through the trade networks "Titan", "Absolut", as well as through the own retail outlets in Ulan-Ude city and Gusinoozyorsk city. Production of the greenhouse complex is in demand, demand exceeds supplies in the market for ecologically cleanvegetables. Prices will vary depending on the season, then the initiator plans to make them less by 20-25% as compared to import production of vegetables coming mainly from PRC. The competitiveness of products is assessed as high, as most buyers began to buy local, ecologically cleanproducts.

The investment project realization will allow to provide the ecologically cleanvegetables for the Republic of Buryatia, to create new jobs.
The investment site for the construction of the greenhouse complex in Gusinoozyorsk city of the Selenginskiy District of the Republic of Buryatia with an area of 3,6 ha is located on the lands of inhabited localities within the boundaries of cadastral quarters 03:22:010801:152. The location of the investment site is caused by the presence of the necessary resources:
