Buryatia has significantly improved its position in the ranking of regions in terms of state-private partnership

Rating is presented in conjunction with the Russian Ministry of Economic Development of the Center of state-private partnership "Russian PPP week 2015".
As chairman of the Center for Development of PPP Pavel Seleznev, compared with 2013 year the number of PPP projects in the whole of Russia in 2014 increased by 4.4 times. Now the country implemented 595 projects of public-private partnerships. Most of them are realized in a communal, transport, social and energy sphere.
Our country has significantly improved its position in the ranking, rising up by 42 points, moving from 69 to 27 among the Russian regions. Adding in the ranking was made possible by replicating the experience in implementation of concession projects in utilities, as well as by improving the institutional environment index.
Among the leading regions in terms of development PPPs - St. Petersburg, Tatarstan and Moscow.
